(1978) described a family in which there was simultaneous occurrence of generalized microdontia, taurodontism of the first permanent molars, and multiple teeth with one or more dens invaginatus. The pedigree contained 5 affected males in 5 generations. While 4 of the 5 affected males had no children, the other had 3 daughters and 8 unaffected sons. Two of the daughters had affected sons. The disorder appears to be distinct.
