ZebraFish Interaction SearcH DataBase

The ZebraFish Interaction SearcH DataBase(ZFISHDB) is a tool that projects a given set of input genes onto the matrix that shows the interactions between them. With one quick action you can visualise how the genes are related to each other and filter them by shared GO annotations. It also attempts to map interactions between orthologous mouse genes onto the corresponding genes in zebrafish. Additionally, you receive a complete list of the orthology relations for the input genes and each gene has an associated view where all the data that is available from the database about that gene can be accessed, including links to external resources (ENSEMBL at the moment).
