The MIPS plant genomics group started with a focus on the analysis of the Arabidopsis genome. We now expended our focus and contribute to the analysis of maize, Medicago truncatula, Lotus, rice, tomato, sorghum, barley and others.
All data are stored in a database (PlantsDB) and are publicly available. In addition to the range of plant genomes hosted by PlantsDB we provide a repeat element database and a regulatory element detection tool.
