Comments


General comment: In this analysis the most stable pair of reference miRNAs ( mir-191 and mir-103) were used to normalize the data. The consistency of the results between frozen and FFPE (formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded) lung cancer sample sets suggests that normalization of miRNA qRT-PCR assays using reference miRNA can be extremely robust.
