General comment: Additional experiments of expression of mir-155 in CD14+ cells in samples of synovial fluid and peripheral blood cells from patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) were done. They showed that CD14+ cells in the RA synovial fluid expressed 4.4-fold higher levels of mir-155 compared to CD14+ cells in peripheral blood.
