MPact: Representation of Interaction Data at MIPS

MPact provides a common access point to interaction resources at MIPS (Güldener et. al, 2005). It is designed to support the PSI-MI standard (Hermjakob et. al, 2004), for both downloading and uploading data. It provides the user with intuitive query forms to quickly retrieve the interactions of interest. Graphical representations allow an easy navigation through the protein interaction networks.

Currently MPact gives access to yeast protein-protein interaction data contained in CYGD.
