Welcome to CORUM – the Comprehensive Resource of Mammalian protein complexes

The CORUM database provides a resource of manually annotated protein complexes from mammalian organisms. Annotation includes protein complex function, localization, subunit composition, literature references and more. All information is obtained from individual experiments published in scientific articles, data from high-throughput experiments is excluded.

  • 17.02.2012: Corum Release February 2012 available.
  • 02.09.2009: Corum Release September 2009 available.
  • 13.02.2008: For searches and downloads, the CORUM dataset is available in two alternative versions. The Core Set is a reduced dataset which is essentially free of redundant entries, whereas the Complete Dataset consists of all annotated protein complexes.
