The phosphorylation levels of Lim kinase (LIMK1, LIMK2) progressively decreased when HUVECs were infected with Pa-WT, Pa-T (PAO1F exoS(-) exoY(-)), or Pa-S (PAO1F exoT(-) exoY(-)). Lim kinase has a potent role in maintaining the actin cytoskeleton integrity in endothelial cells. .
