Interaction Information:

Comment (S)-3-oxo-C12-HSL (N-(3-oxododecanoyl)-HSL) impacts autophagy. Higher levels of LC3II (lipidated LC3, a marker of autophagy) were observed following treatment with alpha-toxin of S. aureus or (S)-3-oxo-C12-HSL of P. aeruginosa, and in both cases, this effect was enhanced by bafilomycin.
