Comment The amount of biofim formation in P. aeruginosa PAO1 microtitre tray cultures, containing AB-glucose medium with different concentrations of FeCl3, was high in medium supplemented with 5 microM iron (low iron), and decreased with increasing iron concentrations. Experiments done in flow-chambers yielded similar results.
