Interaction Information:

Comment Expression of T3SS genes correlates with intracellular cAMP levels. The role of FimL and cAMP on the transcription of a representative T3SS gene, the secreted toxin ExoT was analysed using the panels of isogenic mutants. The corresponding delta-fimL and the delta-cyaB mutants showed greatly reduced P-exoT-lacZ expression, similar to the levels seen in the delta-vfr and delta-cyaA-delta-cyaB mutants.
